Our finishing line enables us a capacity of about 90,000 m per day considering a fabric width of 320 cm. Processes include singeing, bleaching, mercerizing, washing, printing, dyeing and sanforizing to achieve non-shrinking features. Reactive and pigment dyeing or printing can be applied as per customer's request. Printed fabric is steamed to make sure that the dyes are set into the fibers. In-line quality control and laboratory tests are done before and after each process, to determine the strength, shrinkage, and whiteness properties of the fabric.
